I was wondering what everyone's experience has been with these snow pants. Durability/any problems you have had. I'm wanting to buy some for the next release and I'm not sure if I should get a medium or a large. I'm leaning towards the medium from what I've seen on the instagram. I'm 5'10 with a 30in waist.

First couple drops had a few issues with zippers separating and the gaiter getting ripped cuz there wasn’t a ton of taper at the bottom to protect the insides.

otherwise, fuckin amazing pants. Super super comfy, can hold so much stuff. The waterproofing is absolutely insane, I had rolled the legs up a lil cuz I ripped one of my gaiters and got some snow stuck in there. Had them hung up in my house for like 3 days and forgot about that so went to unroll and a nice bit of water dumped out. The shells weren’t even soaked or anything that shit was a lil pouch of water. Shit is so impressive

Thursdays batch has improved

zippers and the cinch around the ankle is tighter so those issues won’t be a problem anymore )

Yeah get one size down from the highest size you’re thinking for sure. They are already super baggy at your true size. I am 6’2 32 waist bought XLs and while I get called steez for the first time in my tall lanky life they are fucking parachutes. Now I have imposter syndrome every time I hit the park because I can’t lip 270.

but yeah they are so nice. I know he just updated them a bit but I thought they were perfect already. No issues. The corduroy dart pocket, the mismatched gaiters, the flag hidden in the bottom zips and the tin are such nice touches. Pockets are great i can fit like 3 beer or PB&J in each knee pocket.

They look great, feel amazing, have a shit ton of storage and great details. Only issues with mine (Chocolate color) were pocket blowing out and zippers breaking but Dan is improving on both of those and more on the thursday drop. Great pants. Also dont buy too big size

I copped a pair of the super spruce green jawns and they’re just stupid. So waterproof, warm, and comfortable. I was at Killington two weeks ago and it was pouring rain and I stayed dry the entire day. No issues with my zippers or anything like that either, and I just roll my cuffs up before I get on the hill so I don’t step on them. Highly recommend!

I ended up getting the medium, and they are a perfect size. Not too baggy, but baggy enough. These pants are amazing, I didn't know snow pants could feel so comfy. They also feel really durable and water proof. Zippers feel strong and secure too if anyone's wondering. I highly recommend these pants!

Ngl I have yet to see a pair where the zippers weren’t broken. He seems to be handling the warranty claims well but I personally don’t wanna deal w shit like that just to have the “hot new pants” everyone has em. Get something unique brah

I hear ya. I wish people didn’t have to deal with any issues. I’m doing my best to keep all the homies stoked tho. Most people have been giving me a lot of grace and I appreciate it so much.

good news for you is that all these homies are helping me make sure there won’t be issues in the future. by next season they won’t be the hot new pants with issues you dont wanna deal with. They’ll be the perfect pants you were waiting for ?

I seen how u handled my friends zipper issue and was definitely impressed. Most ppl woulda told him to kick rocks. Also I love my Answer pants dawg. They’re so thin but warm idk how u do it.

Also ignore my opinion, I just hate having the same shit as everyone else. the big strides took the park by storm this year lol.

Working on a new pant that is somewhere between the answers and the strides fit wise. And hopefully most technically functional outta any of em. I think you’ll like those when they are ready ?
