start spinning your head first, then just a tenth of a second later, throw the rest of your body, but dont do it too rapidly, that will make your spin slow down somewhere around 360. also notice how right hand/left hand grabs affect the spin. when you grab for example ordinary mute, you'll spin the first 180 faster, and when you let go, you'll get slower. reverse mute is the opposite, and also tail grab does the opposite. but the most important thing is to keep your sight high when you take off. check out some 270 to rail videos in slo mo, there you can see well how you should use you shoulders.
