Big sky and red lodge?

I may be goin out to montana over springbreak and I was wondering how nice these 2 mountains are? I'm wondering more about red lodge than big sky.

i had alot of fun at bigsky...it's huge. if the tram to the peak is open it's pretty good skiing up there. everything else is pretty decent and they always have alot of groomed crusers.
 
big sky is freakin awesome, they have a huge super pipe i havnt seen it but my friends went up there the other day. i no theres some pretty big jumps in the regular park, adn i think theres seven little ones in the little park adn some crazy box thing. the back crounty stuff is fun too sorta hard to find powder because they groom pretty much everywhere. i dont think i've been to red lodge.
 
best bet is big sky/ bridger bowl. bridger doesnt have much of a park but they always get the sweetest storms of the year. watch out for red lodge though
 
red lodge doesnt get much snow... thats the impression ive gotten. theres a fuckin ridiculous bar in town though.
 
big sky is good for a parkskier or backcountry...great park and pretty fun little park with some small 20/15 foot tables and little rails and some big box thing. lots of powder and the tram is really great skiing.
 
theses are the mountains i grew up skiing, and i would say big sky if you want good skiing no matter what, but redlodge gets huge fucking dumps this time of year, so its a gamble. oh yeah big sky night life fucking sucks, redlodge can get crazy
 
Well since i live here heres some advice DONT GO TO redlodge. check out bigsky bridger bowl!! there realtivly close to each other and bridgers cheap and a fun moutain to ride
 
I live near Red Lodge and ski it all the time and it is not bad.

Park: Up rail at the top. After that there is a street style set-up which has a 20' tube rail and a 10x10x10 down flat down side by side. Then a garbage can jib. Then about a 20' jump into a 30' with a 20' on the side with a huge landing ( its almost a step up)both with some kick. Then an A-frame, 10x15 flat down, and a log bonk on one roller and a trapazoid and a 21'long 1'wide flat box on another roller. At the bottom there is a big tube on the ground.

Mountain: Around 34 runs open. Recently got some new snow. Big storm is suppose to hit us soon.

Slope style competition on Saturday the 17th. Not many skiers show up and there should be decent prizes.
 
eh the parks ok. but go to big sky to ski big mountain. trees. and such. check out the liberty bowl, as well as the rice bowl. if u want some trees. go to Blackfoot on andesite mountain
 
i dont think either mountain is really friendly.talked to some people at both, found some cool people and lots of dicks.

yes i know this a year old.
