I'm gonna have to say Big Pun on both counts he had tight lyrics and alot of weight he could crush Biggie
 
biggie is to this day the only rapper that i have listened to and said: "wow this guy is really talented."

not to say talib, del, and others arent good. theyre just not on biggies level
 
ok if you made this thread becasue they both have the word " Big" in their names you retarded, Biggie would never and will never lose to the likes of big pun in any comparison, the real question is... "who was better Biggie or Tupac," but you shouldnt ask that becasue they were both so amazing the answer should be un-decided.
