BIG PROBLEM!!! help!!!!

Ok so last season im skiing at mount snow! well i go to hit this huge jump (switch) :) anyways im lookin down at one of my butterlicious and notice its got a huge crack in it. Im Pissed. Well i go over the jump and when i go to land this sick cab 7 and the fuckin thing snaps and i fall breaking my femur. I had several surgeries and am still recovering. Do you think i can sue ninthward for all that paypa theyz makin.??
 
no.  you didn't stop when you noticed the crack.  you decided to go over the jump anyways.  your fault.  not that it would be 9s fault anyways for your broken femur etc.

 
dont want to be harsh, im real sorry for your pain and all, but the last thing this industry needs is MORE people sueing ski companies and mountains. When we elect to spin of axis off a 50 foot jump, 40 feet in the air, we have to accept responsibility for the fact that we might fuck ourselves up.

well if you stomped the 7 as you described then it's pretty inconceivable that you broke the ski any further, let alone break your femur. either way that's your fault and I hope this in an alias
