Big picture for whole wall

So for the last few days iv been redoing my room clearing everything painting and so on. well i decided to fully cleared up one and a picture resize it and put it up on the wall. itll be about 5 by 10 feet so it will be big. anyone have any pictures in mind that would be sick to have on a whole wall, preferably something ski related

i was reading a pb teen magazine the other day and i think they can take a pic you want and make wall sized versions of them. pretty expensive but if you're going all out, then why not.
 
nah iv resized a couple already there is a program that does it and then prints each part onto a peice of paper, it ends up being alot of paper and ink but i just do it at school so its all free in the end

iv done few smaller ones ill put it up

anyone have any ore picture ideas they think would be good?
 
Are u gunna get it professionally printed or are u going to use the rasterbator... cause professional print will cost u a few hundred for something like that
 
i never figured out how to use a rasterbator. it allways just printed out a bunch of black circles of varying size
 
Whatever you get make sure it has an incredibly high resolution, or else it will look like shit blown up on your wall.
 
rasterbator is a bunch of black cirlcles... it changes the photo into halftone like image and will print out on like 100 sheets or howevermany u want... they print in order then u just put em up on the wall like that... once they are all up ull see the picture, but one u look at one sheet u cant tell...
 
Print a pretty simple picture out on clear projector plastic. then project it on the wall and trace it on the wall with a fat sharpie. I did a stencil of a mountain range and a skier and did it huge on my wall. Didn't turn out that well because I was young and had poor patience but a good idea anyway.
 
yeah i tried that. the black circles weren't little. some were like an inch or 2 in diameter. so they didn't make the picture or anything
 
The only thing that won't get horribly distorted at that size is a vector graphic. So, you need to get searching.
 
get a picture of a view outside someones window of something cool. like a life size window but have like a mountain range out the window. so it looks like you have a window with a mountain range outside of it.
 
that girl is like 16. i read an article about her. shes going to be like our next polevaulting star in the olympics.
