Big mountain vs big sky

Well the debate really isn't there at present, especially if you consider the base numbers here.

Big Mtn has received 168 inches of snow this year.

I've never heard that debate, I think it's always between Big Sky and Bridger. Either way, all the mountains have their strengths and weaknesses. For what it's worth, I'd choose Big Mountain and Bridger over Big Sky 90% of the time.

I would say their parks rival each other and big sky has a little bit better terrain but big mountain is cheaper, friendlier, prettier (in my opinion) and seems to have better snow. plus the person above me is right big sky owns both of them for terrain.

Big Sky has bigger terrain, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's better. Any advanced skier can ski 98% of the runs up there, but there's a ton of lines at Bridger I can never hope to do. Big Mountain just has really fun terrain. Nothing overly difficult (that I've found), but there's a ton of fun cliff bands back in the trees and on East Rim or Hellroaring. What I really don't like about Big Sky are their prices, the people, the rocks, and the poor snow quality.
