i'm gonna be out their in a few weeks. i'm really excited, could anyone tell me what to expect?

Actually since yesterday we got about a foot of new snow, the park here is fairly crappy

 
i know this thread is old,but i went there in 2005 and the snow rocked!the had tons of fresh the 1st day,but it never snowed the 3 days i was there.its pretty big,as the name states,but its not as big as it is expansive,if u no wat i mean. theres tons of different terrain.
 
that made me just reeeeeeeeallly happy in general. i dont know why.

keep it up. im loving the guy throwing backflips off everything.
 
Its a dope mountain for Montana Standards. There is a new CEO guy that is dumping a bunch of money into the mountain right now which should be sick as fuck cause they are putting in better chair systems/buildings etc. There definately was a shit ton of snow this season and there was great coverage everywhere, I never even went out of bounds this year really since there was always pow in bounds. Their park is nothing to shake a stick at. All in all the mountain has a ton of potential to have alot of fun at. Its the only place I skied this season, twas dope. The tree skiing is off the heezy.
 
Correction: the WSI CEO is entering his third or fourth year here. While a large scale revamp of lifts is being created, the slopeside parking is going to be turned into shopping plazas, and the Chalet, the coolest building on Big Mtn ( not counting one of the shacks), barely escaped demolition or moving. The beloved CEO is also suggesting cutting night skiing, not building a pipe, and lowering cat time in the park to save money.

However, the park last year was the best I have ever seen it. The events staff did an excellent job with comps and other events, and worked their tails off. And, the mountain actually blew snow and pushed it for us on the jump hill, which was way more enjoyable than moving it with shovels by hand. And the pond skim was rad.
