Big mountain contest@ crystal

I could've gotten a pass there through K2 for like $250 last summer, but I didn't.... not sure why, kicking myself for it now.
 
I can't even imagine paying full price for a season pass, i mean, crystal is nice, but not that f'n nice..

back in the day, i could only afford a midweek pass, that was the shit, skippin hella school

What is the full price for a crystal pass? Isn't it like $800?
 
i heard from the man who puts this comp together. you get a goodie bag with registration, plus discounted lift tickets (i dont think they are fully covered, but they might be, im a bit confused)

1st place is like $1500

thursday is qualifier, friday is semi-final, both are in-bounds, and saturday is final on silver king
 
Yeah, so apparently hella people come down from whistler and just kill all the locals, thats what i heard atleast.
 
not to say that people won't be coming from whistler to compete, but the crystal comp this year doesn't count for ifsa tour points, so i'm guessing that it won't be very high on people's priority list to travel to.

and on another note, you can all expect me to be there with my pants dropped low, basketball jersey sagging, guns blazing like it was a mother fucking slopestyle...bitch.
 
Haha, nice, the CMAC kids will have a heart attack.

I'm gonna be in Utah, yeah, i know, sucks. I'll try and be there the first day, hopefully take some pictures
 
The CMAC kids used to not piss me off, then they started yellin at me because I was riding twins. They are damn stupid.
 
not all of em one of my best friends is in CMAC so dont diss them all it gets you to be a good skier but then after you get good you get arrogant like a little a-hole
 
its not just cmac kids.. its all skiers at crystal under the age of 20 are bitches. cept for rollins, cause we are homies from other generations.

Yeah, if the weather is good, its guarenteed some shit is gonna go down...

last time there was good snow, guys were tryin backflips off some 30 footers. or just bombin off some of the bigger cliffs.
 
That was an insane comp. Kunz, went nuts with an 60-80ft rock slide, no joke! Nice work Kunz!!

..and this kid named Jake from Utah did a superman lawndart for about 80-100 ft over the same rock face to win the "sick bird" award.

and the juniors ripped it up, wouldda placed in top spots in the mens.
