Big hole in my Full Tilt boot

Has anyone had any experience working with full tilt for warranty?

Is this worth trying to send in to see if it will be covered? I tried contacting them for parts to see if I could fix it myself but they totally ghosted me. Then my buddy told me to try and see if there is a warranty, and there should be since my boots are less than a year old. The strap/anchor literally ripped out of the shell leaving a quarter sized hole in my boot.

I've got maybe 10 days on these boots.

Hit em up. I busted a buckle last year and they sent me a new one. Just paid for the shipping. They were real chill about it.

Good thing it ain't in the toe box or everyone 'd be calling you #bumfoot

In all seriousness,

Where did you purchase them? I would try going directly to the retailer if they really are under a year old.

According to Full Tilt's website:

WARRANTY

RETURNING PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY

We are unable to process warranty returns without a copy of the original Proof of Purchase showing the product is within the warranty timeframe and that you are the original purchaser.

Product Purchased From A Retailer

Product purchased from a retailer must be returned to the original point of purchase. The dealer will then process the warranty with Full Tilt on your behalf.

Product Purchased From FullTiltBoots.com

If your product was purchased directly from fulltiltboots.com, all warranty-related inquiries must be directed to your order fulfiller. You can find contact information for your order fulfiller on your order Packing Slip. Our fulfillment partner will then process the warranty claim with us on your behalf.

f your order was fulfilled directly from Full Tilt, please contact Full Tilt Customer Service. A Full Tilt Service Rep will be happy to provide you with an RMA # for you to submit your product for warranty inspection.

If you send in your warranty return without contacting Full Tilt Customer Service, we will be unable to process your warranty request.

Exact product replacement depends on inventory availability.

*Consumer is responsible for shipping charges to mail back warranty returns.

---- I tried clicking on the links but got a 404 error.

Best of luck bruh

yo i had the same boots and they are absolute trash. i blew apart the canting piece in the back of one of my boots and had a big hole in the back of the boot not mention it was loose as hell. not to mention broken buckles and power straps and ripped liners all in under 2 months. i got a warranty through FT and Evo (where i got em) and got credit and copped dalbellos. i would say try and get ahold of where you bought them from and start the process there and don't buy full tilt again

[tag=127396]@FullTiltBoots[/tag] has an awesome warranty department. They let me warranty a pair of boots that were out of warranty and hooked it up big time. If you call them they'll definitely help you out.

I bought them off the ski monster in Boston, but I live in Buffalo, NY.

Emailed ski monster and they said to just take my boots to a local ft dealer and they will hook me up on getting started with a warranty process. Apparently full tilt doesn’t deal with warranty’s unless it’s through a dealer so guess that’s what I’ll be doin today.

I thought I caught an edge and ate shit, ended up getting to the bottom of the hill and saw the hole in my boot. Guessing the top cable strap came undone and then got sucked under my ski when I was making a turn ultimately ripping completely out

there pretty fast when it comes to warranty from what I've heared
