I loved it. Not as dark as and creepy as I was expecting, but still creative and facinating. There's so much symbolism in that movie, I think I'm going to have to write a 10K word essay about it.

Huh. I just learned that the Canadian version is 15 minutes longer than the American.

Mike-O. Tim Burton also directed Batman, Edward Scissorhands, Beetlejuice, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Sleepy Hollow. He's basically a creative genious.

Yeah, I could see how falling asleep could make it confusing. It's not that the story line is that confusing, but it's so twisted that if you missed anything you'd feel pretty lost. I've only seen it once, but I think it's watchability is huge. I think I may be in love with Tim Burton.... in a straight way.

meh....i was kind of dissapointed. i wasn't that entertained. the funny part is that one of my friends went to see it with his dad, and they don't have the best relationship, (the whole movie is basically about how the son's relationship with his father is kind of weak - so he thinks), but after they got out of the movie they didn't talk for like a half hour and then immediately got into this big fight with each other

Big Fish is the best movie ever. Haha, seriously one of my all time favs. I had nothing to do so I kinda watched it with some friends at the theatre. I wasn't paying the greatest attention at the beginning but by the end I was crying! No fucking joke. My friends all laughed at me. I liked it so much I saw it for the second time this weekend and got so much more of it...

Check it out if you haven't seen it, you won't be dissapointed. So much hidden meaning....

One time I had this dream: a crow flew up to my window and told me, 'Your aunt is gonna die.' I was so scared I woke up my parents and they just told me it was a dream and I should go back to bed. The next morning they found my Aunt Stacey - dead. Not three weeks later, the crow came back and told me, 'Your daddy is gonna die.' I didn't know what to do. I finally ended up telling my father. He said it was a dream, but at the same time, he was terrified. He left and when he finally came back later that day, he tells my mother 'I just had the worst day of my life.' 'You think you've had a bad day,' she says, 'the milkman dropped dead right on our front porch.' You see, my mother was banging the milkman.'
