Get some Bisquick (I'm assuming you don't have the ability to make homemade pancakes if you think using the microwave is acceptable), add milk and eggs, whisk it together, grab a frying pan, turn on the stove (how you don't know how to turn on a stove is boggling my mind...just...figure it out. Seriously.) Pour the Bisquick mix into your pan, flip when it's ready, bam, you have a pancake. Your mom doesn't have an electric griddle or something? That makes it even easier - you just turn it on and pour your shit on there.
