Hey does anyone know how Big Boulder will be tomorrow after all this rain? I may come down from New York but I dont want it to be a waste of my time
 
I sent you a pm... basically if you can find a better park on the entire east coast then please prove it! It will be worth it comparitively to going somewhere else
 
i was there last weekend, and well it was insanse, so much fun, they really did have some good stuff setup, i couldnt have asked for more this early in the season, i think i saw nipples there that day papasteeze, i was in a green jacket with black pants
 
im sorry but no okemo does not have a better park at all..i was up there last weekend and compared to big boulder okemo blew...normally it is ok but lets face it..pa has better parks than vermont does now
 
now thats funny, cause if you knew me you would know that I am out there everyday. If you don't like me trying to get the word out in this really tough season with terrible conditions then quit reading my posts.

 
BB is looking really good. I ran up with mullin crew from BC tonight and asked them what they thought. In thier words, "siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick" "doooooooooooooooooooooooope" It was snowing when I left.
 
Werd up bring your card and your staff pass and they should hook you up. I've done it once or twice. Think I'm goin tomorrow night with some heads.
 
papasteeze is right tho, BB is better than almost any park on the east right now, he's just trying to spread the word on what is easily the best park in the area, so why the hate?
 
Hate? It's NEWSCHOOLERS!! LOL! not everyone reads every thread all the time... There are a lot of people who have been waiting for thier home parks to open for way too long.

Plus, it really helps corwd control for small gangs to ride together, so that they can all drop together. The big park is coming!
 
b.b may have a better park than someee of the places in vermont, but when they really get the snow they need, theres no Comparision,everything is bigger up there
 
like your ego? i've been to okemo plenty of times, and their park is sick, but boulder's jumps right now are on par with the stuff i hit at okemo last year, easily, and they've got longer landings too.
 
little birdy whispered next week this evening. they were looking for 15' base before the build.

There is a Mountain Dew race on saturday and that trail is where the timer set up is.
 
A 15 foot base on the whole trail in PA? there is no way that will happen by next week and what do they need all that snow for? I mean the best way to build an awesome park is to farm it before you build it, but 15 feet is way to excessive. I dont even think its possible to blow that amount of snow without spending a rediculas amount of money. What depth are they at now and what the hell are they trying to build with that amount of snow?
 
yea i am bitter that bc cant open but that has nothing to do with my previous post. i just want to hit some big jumps and boulder will have them 1st and im pretty sure that they are not going to wait to get a 15 foot base before they build them. thats all
 
uhhhhhh... trust me, not that it matters now. but if it turns cold it will likely happen. The intent is a large channel gap. As it gets later in the season, it becomes less and less likely that they will devote that much snow.

I can tell you this. a 15 foot base is/was planned 2 weeks ago.
 
LOL!!! no they are at about 10' now. seriously dorsey, you gotta check it out. Talk to the crew there, they are all very approachable and easy to talk to.
 
i plan on checking it out once that becomes a park hahah. I dont have the money to be spending on lift tickets right now because of this damn weather.
 
the only thing they need to do now is put some lip on those jumps there like drop offs, i was there last night, so much fun there
 
did they change the jumps in the medium park at all? i loved those they were fun, and how big are the two new ones in the big park?
 
i was there last night and the those jumps in the big park were f-in huge. the one at the bottom was probably the biggest thing i have ever hit. i think it was around 50 ft
 
no way those ones were around the 40' ish range, but they need to fix the lip on those things they ust like dropped you off, i love BB tho its always so sick there, maybe i saw you there last night
 
maybe to the landing was 40. i was there with 2 other guys. i had a brown suit and triplets. the other guys had stls and trouble makers. we spent most of the night in the big park
 
yea i only took two runs in the big park and then just sessioned that smaller park, my back wasnt feeling to good that night and i didnt wanna mess it up more so i just kept it easy going, i had a green jacket, brown pants, and line mike nicks
 
the reason why they just drop you off is because the slope in the big park is too steep so then its basically like skiing a steep slope and then gradually becoming flatter and flatter and then the jump kicks only kicks you up a little bit i cant really explain it, if you drive into the parking lot and look at the jumps in the big park from the parking lot youll know what i mean
 
how much are tix and who will be there monday mlkjr day ill have black camo coat on wit white pant and my friend will prob be wherein all browm if you see us halla
