I want to go there every friday until Mountain Creek opens up in December.

Do you know the opening date?

What will the park be like? (I don't need huge jumps or crazy rails right in the start of the season)

Whats the cheapest season pass I should get if I want to ski park only?

Thanks I will give you karma

depends how cold it gets. Last year they opened up the first or 2nd week in november (i forget) they have colder temps up there and they're pretty commited to being the first ones open in the area. Last 2 seasons they opened up with the a small terrain park, a few rails and boxes. And their parks has been one of the best on the east the last 2 seasons. What ever they open with im sure will be dope. Were u up at boulder at all last season?

yea last year they opened up november 10th, and this year theyre trying to open the last week of october if the temp is cold enough.

Uhh the cheapest pass you can get for skiing park only is..the normal pass one would get..seeing as Boulder is just one big (or not so big..) park. It'll cost ya 400 bucks for a regular pass if you get it before October 30th I believe. It's 299 for a night pass.

And it opens totally depending on mother nature.

No I've never been there I started skiing in the middle of last season and have only been at Mountain Creek with all that ice.

You are moving to Colorado tho aren't you? Me and my gf are going to go out there sometime, prob in spring after all the mountains here close.

Let me know if you're going to be around PA/NJ we can blaze and I will make you teach me how to pretzel like that ahha.

and they should take it away for that. for future reference, its really not best practice when you work in the industry, to brag about your industry discounts. thats one of the reasons that said discounts are getting harder to come by.

The super extended length of the season comparitively to other hills makes Big Boulder a killer deal.

I skied Big Boulder on the November 2nd and the 3rd last year. They opened for weekends for awhile then opened fully. Its a sick mountain worth the cost of the pass.

Does anyone know if you can use the $299 night pass at Boulder on weekend mornings? If not the college pass is only $349, but I don't see myself ever skiing JF.

when it is cold enough to blow snow. do you know which 3 nights in a row will be in the mid twenties? trick or treat.

damn only 3? We make the 5 1/2-61/2 hour drive numerous times a year including opening weekend..ughhh

Next week is looking too warm to blow for Nov 1st opening.

Its still far enough away though that you can't put a lot of faith in a 10 day forecast...

from what i've been told, they can't pull from the lake til the 1st anyway, so opening that weekend would be out of the question, although i could be wrong about that date.

do you know if they have restrictions on the actual amount of water that they use, or can they use however much they want in the allowed time period?
