Wow what can I say about this comp. Haha I mean shit the skiers in it absolutely killed it all day and in the comp. There were 57 competitors -50 boarders and only 7 skiers. out of the 7 skiers in the comp 3 placed in the top 8 to get cash. And steve (lineskier610) won the whole thing though we hav yet to figure out how still. Between me, him, and ahmet we took home half the purse of $3000. And if travis stomped his first run and didnt get screwed by the judges there would have been 4 out of 8 skiers in the top 8. Also giray should have placed too so there could have been 5 skiers placing which is absolutely insane. This comp is a huge push for skiers competing wit snowbaorders ESPECIALLY in a rail comp i mean wholey shit! Great job guys and to travis, ahmet,giray-you guys are fucking insane.

ok you want details:

course was laid out 4 rails you had to hit. Choice of either a battleship or flat rail, then choice of kinks-one wit a lip that you could diaster and a shorter one wit no lip, then a flat rail that was like 40ft, and then ended wit a rainbow about 12ft long -5ft high. Judging was a little screwed up. Ahmet came in 8th and i think he went switch 270 to switch out on the flat rail, then one footer to frontside on the shorter kink, then on the flat rail i think he went in regular not sure though, and then regular on the rainbow think he did a switch up on it too. I came in 4th and went switch 270 to unnatty to switch out, then switch on the shorter kink, then regular on the flat rail, and then i hit the rainbow rail switch perfectly. Steve got 1st and we still dont know how. I'll let em respoind to this to say what he did, but i know on his second run he tried to 270 blindside onto the big flat rail right in front of all the judges and got like halfway so he must have wowed em wit that. Travis went switch 270 on his first run but caught an edge. Then i think he blindside switched up the kink, and im not sure what he did after that. His second run he got the switch 270 on perfectly to 270 out but then he i think (not positive on this one) forgot to hit the rainbow at the bottom which most likely caused em not to place but im sure he doesnt care cuz i hear he kicked ass at the mt snow rail jam the next day-that kid is such a sick rider. Little giray throw down too im kinda shock he didnt place either cuz his run was similar to his bro's.

nice summary man. you went switch on to like everything. on the flat i did switch 270 then i hit the biger kink regular to switch off and then hit the 40 ffoter switch and got full thing then just hit rainbow regular to switch offf.

i watched some guys practice for a little bit then i went home. i dint have a hat and was cold as hell. what were u guys riding? i mightve seen you.

We need more comps like that around here that let skiers compete too. It was fun the boarders were goin off, the two skiers from ny were killin everything, Ryan hit everything switch like it was his job, and that Travis kid shouldve won. Things worked out for him though cause he went on to win the Budweiser Rail Jam at Mount Snow which is sick.

 
i was on 164 blue 1260s, and candides, and im sure you didnt miss the crazy basterds on the troublemakers-giray and ahmet haha.

i was on blue 1260s 2002 with the like dance party chick design. giray and ahmet are 13 and 15 im pretty sure . they are just insane, haha so insane you guys piss me off i swear i cant believe you guys aren't talked about more haha. freakin watch kye peterson haha

The comp was hot i was there...bb needed to pull there act together during the day..we were out with jf cusson and mike nick and they only had like 3 rails it was fucked up
