Bible Codes

Has anyone every studied these? apparently there are codes in the bible that spell out certain things, or predict certain hapenings. what do you guys think, i saw a show on the history channel about it and there is a book about it called bible codes, pretty nuts,

the program those bible codes used can find pretty much anything in anything, the letter spacing can be so damn wide that any given phrase could just come up by chance.

I saw that book at Chapters... IT's like a cliffs notes that paraphrase things, and try's to put them into applications that have happened, I wouldn't put to much stock into it if you've actually read it, .... Anything can be taken out of context, and reverberated if you give it enough spin...
