Better than go pro?

I was looking in sports illustrated and found this.....http://http://www.swann.com/s/products/view/?product=1297 I have never seen this before and was wondering new anything about it. It has a screen and is durable to. But honestly to me this is the biggest copy of the go pro in the world.

No. Quality looks very poor, especially compared to the new go-pro 2.

in that video theres a demonstration picture of a guy on old straight skis. your cam shot that. right.

It's only $30 cheaper than a new GoPro 2, why would anyone buy it instead? The LCD screen would be nice, but anyone that has experience with a GoPro can line up a shot with out one, and if it's really necessary you could just get the bac pac. GoPro is already a trusted brand as far as durability and quality, so they're entering a tough market.
