Better hip hop album than illmatic

hah...just kidding. Madvillainy is better than illmatic, in my opinion. And as an album, Beauty and the Beat is pretty awesome.

but i'd say its hard to find a better all around album then illmatic

deffinetly there's also enter the 36 chambers, the chronic, paid in full, EPMD, madvillany and others that i forget to mention
 
i wouldn't judge by beats. going by lyrcis and rhymes, i'm sure illmatic wins. (that is if we're talking about what i think we are)

Notorious BIG - Ready To Die

and if you wanna hate on Jay-Z, go for it, but listen to that CD and you'll understand why he always says it should've been a classic...it's a ridiculous album.
