DEBATING WHICH one to get.. ive used the spk and i know i like it.. but i can get the foil boot for more than 100 dollars cheaper.. but is it worth it.. pls helpp.

id go with the spk but i have never used it ive used the other boot ur talking about a different model just a differnt name evrything was the sam i would go with the spk thats just me ask who has used em

whichever fits better, and it also depends what kinda skiing u do...if u like staying out of the park a good bit then the Foil will prob fit ur needs better but from what Ive seen you can still charge in SPKs

the foil boot sucks large! all it is, is an x-wave 6 painted white.

btw, the x-wave series is gone for this coming season. now the boot is the impact and it's fuckin dope!!

go see a bootfitter. he'll be able to tell you the right boot for you. for all you know, a salomon boot may be completely wrong for you and you should be in a lange or something. don't look at a boot and decide you're going to buy it because everyone else is wearing it. boots are highly personal.

i know im being a hypocrite but i used to work in a ski shop and have pretty much unlimited access to bootfitting tools so i can pretty much make any boot fit me without spending a couple hundred dollars extra in labour.

spk is amazing but my toes got really beat up in it, almost never had shin bang tho but my toe nail did fall of. hmmm decisions decisions.

uhm spk's are salomon... what the hell?? i already know i like the spk's ive demo-d them.. im just wondering if maybe the foil are a better bet.. or pretty much the saame considering the price diff.. but i think im gonna go with the spk.. since i know.

dude, i have the foil boot, its beautifull

totaly solid in the park sick for all mountain too, but ive never used the spk, although next years spk is going to be phat

there is nowhere selling boots as cheap as online right now.. ive done my research. i am no negative 320 $, but not bad considering if i had bought them like 5 months ago i would be -500 or so.

and when the boots you bought online hurt like a bitch and you can't walk at the end of the day, is the online shop going to work on them and make them feel better?

yeah...not so much.

hey tard shit.. if you actually read the posts than you would know ive ridden on the spk's before. im not just buying them without trying.. i demo-d them like 4 days of last season.. and i liked them.. and i know what size i need.

i stupidly spent 1000 $ on going to windells this spring and it was totally a rip off. the coahces were cool, but fucking lazy.. they obviously didn't wana teach anyone/. its just a job.i dono.. and its just a big product placement.. it was super fun, but it totally pissed me off at the same time. i'll never go back. but i diswcovered what boots i wanted. so theres that.

i got the foils last season, i mostly ski park, and i have to say that they are a pretty sick boot, and they are great for everything else

wow, sounds like a money boot!!! That sounds so much better than getting a boot that fits and simply not landing backseat!!!

does your online store offer you a bootfit guarantee?

i loved when people would come into the store i worked at with boots they bought online looking for bootwork.

some of those people ended up spending an extra $200 on bootwork. but what the hell, it's your own mistake and you can't say you weren't warned.
