Best & Worst Run Names

I've never seen one of these, it could be some fun. Name your mountain, and in your opinion the best and worst ski run name on it...

Grouse Mountain, BC

Best: Purgatory >> Some double black.

Worst: Paper Trail >> Well, it used to be called Kandahar, but when the war in Afghanistan started they decided it probably wouldn't be best to have the run named after a warzone city and changed it to Paper Trail, which is still pretty bad...
 
Best: Purgatory (Grouse Mountain) and Cockalorum (Whistler)

Worst: Dogleg (Grouse Mountain) and Racer Alley (Blackcomb)

i dont know about best, but our advertising dude at steamboat is a wanna-be cowboy obsessed with giving everything about our mountain a western theme

'headwall' has been split in two and is now 'lil rodeo' and 'stampede'

you get the idea...
 
smugglers notch vt. theres a lot of cool smuggler names

bootlegger, powder keg, prohibition park, freefall

and then umm gay ones...robins run kinda gay, thomkes express........................

my favorite is a backbowl but everyone calls it hershey squirts.
 
best is for sure "the colostomizer" from the simpsons. I dont even know what it could possibly mean, but i want to ski on it.
 
at northstar they have a tree run that takes on to the top of the park thats named after yours truly. it is called "delite" no joke
 
I have no idea what it could possibly be, but the mere sound of getting some "Jersey Cream" makes me shudder.

Best: Either Sky Hooker or Bull Whacker.

Worst: Duck Leg Shorty (WTF???)

The people who made up our run names were probably on crack. Check it out.

kimberley has a bunch of pretty dope names.

dreadknot, easter, good luck, flush, flapper, fuzzy, midget, vimy ridge. we also have a run called geneva, but over the years it got morphed into "gina" said like the end of "vagina". its got a pretty dope cattrack launch on it, so it is not uncommon to hear "hey wanna go run train on the gina?"

not to many bad ones i can think of! RCR did something right!
 
i dont even think my mountain has names for the runs....

we dont have runs, only park backcountry and then a chairlifts name.
 
Chainsaw Ridge is pretty dope on Blackcomb, although it's not on the trail map. Pakalolo, Harmony Horseshoes are cool, Kalediscope, Monday's and Frog Hollow are all cool names too.

Worst named runs on Whistler are probably Pig Alley and Yellow brick road.

I personally love the whole mountain of Oz at Sunday River, it's almost all blacks/dub blacks

Tin Woodsman
Lost Princess
Eureka
Emerald City
Flying Monkey

and the only two greens are..
Kansas
Cowardly Lion hahaha

 
there is a Kandahar run in looooooads of resorts, if not a Kandahar hotel/chalet as well.

i think the kandahar ski club was one of the very first organised groups of ski racers in europe or something

nothing to do with the war really, only americans would change it

best: The Rumor, Lies, Showcase

worst: Pete gay, Bear cub run, santanoni, gore-e-gully, wood in, wood out, ruby run.

west mountain- fritzles folly, mach 2, AOA,cure, holy mackerel

worst- the connection, face, frolic
 
Home run at sunpeaks is a terrible run off of homesteader that is filled with people that have no clue where they are going. It just leads back to the run you came from.
 
sunday river has a bunch of good ones: white heat, flying monkey, lallapalooza, rogue angel, tin woodsman, chutzpah

jiminy peak has the worst: 180, 360, west way, left bank
