considering you dont need a good ski at all if your time is all spent in the park, i say get the cheapest one you can find because all your going to do is beat the edges to death...i know because thats all i do, and its a waste of good skis

the heads (madtrix and mojo) are the strongest skis on the market...

ask anyone on here if they have ever broken one or bent/delammed...etc

from what ive seen and rode, mad trixs are like as close to a bombproof ski as they come, they rule. ive seen 4frnts break, but those are probably second. i snapped my lines in half...

 
all the ninthwards have full wood cores and they rip everything up. you can take em anywhere. i love the 170 first blood. check em out ninthward.com

armada and 4frnt use a partical board type core don't they...it is like shredded wood glued together in the shape of a ski..i think

^^Incorrect sir both Armada and 4FRNT use a macroblock style all wood construction one might even say stolen from line. More wood less glue. The difference is that Line Chronics (badass ski) are full maple macroblock with a carbon fiber stringer, and Armada AR5s and 4FRNT STLs are half maple half birch I believe making them lighter and slightly softer and they both have the carbon fiber stringer as well.

^since elan invented that style of core, I'd say theirs is best. Especially when its sandwiched between 2 sheets of titanium. You dumb kids and your homemade popsicle stick skis. When will you learn.

yeah armada, 4frnt and k2 definately do not use particle board in their cores. ever notice how heavy particle board is? ever pick up a pair of 4frnts and notice how light they are? yeah, definately no particle board in there

What are you talking about? You'd NEVER want metal in a jib ski. They would bend in a week or less.

4FRNT's are hand widdled out of a single piece of wood by old men, then hand painted dif colors
