Best thing to do after skiing is to brush off as much snow as you can, towel them dry, especially the edges,
gummy stone any burrs off underfoot if you’ve been hitting rails, it will reduce the chance of edge cracks when you ride them next time.
avoid putting them on a car ski rack where they get blasted with dirt and salt on the drive back home. If you have to, clean them down when you get back.
Then bring them inside and put them in a warm, dry spot, not next to direct heat, under the bed is a good one.
Definitely don’t leave them festering wet in a bag or out in a damp garage or basement.
