Best way to contact Stept, They took my money!

So about two weeks ago I ordered the Mutiny video/shirt package as well as the poster from the stept website. I havent received it yet so about 5 days ago I emailed literally the only email on the Stept website explaining my problem, no response. Then yesterday I did the same thing, again emailing them with my discontent, still no response. Im sure its just a mistake or possibly they are not receivingmy emails entirely, however I was hoping NS would have some words of wisdom for me. Thanks and jah bless.
 
This. And you could try their Facebook. I did that when I didn't get a confirmation email and they responded within a day.
 
stept is run by the riders/filmers. they probably have to film other stuff during the summer to subsidize their income, and arent always sitting around to ship out DVDs/packages.

they were somewhat quick about it when it first came out, because there were a lot being ordered...but now its mostly itunes so why would they sit around just to maybe ship out a couple of dvds

theyre probably traveling and will send out the ones that have built up when theyre back or something...relax... they wouldnt just take your money hah
 
i had the same problem i ordered 2 shirts and a poster and they didnt mail it for like 3 weeks and i called them and they finally sent it they seem to forget about mailing their shit out but stept puts out dope media so i didnt give a fuck
