Best way to contact Bloom Outerwear?

USPS Fucked up big time on my order, not Blooms fault at all but I figure I should notify them since I can't get to USPS so stuff gets corrected. Anyway is the email you get with the order cool to reply? I know some companies have a debticated email for this type of stuff.
 
Shit I feel dumb, I just scrolled to the bottom of the site cause that's normally where contact info was but thanks man.
