Well my contract is up so i need a new phone

Currently I have the verizon xv6700 smart phone and im not really digging it.

So i need a new phone so what ones do you have and how do you like it?

i was thinking the samsung glyde and thoughts on this?

the qwerty keyboard on it is so horrible, it is way too small and hard to type on...

i would go with vx6900 if you want one now...

there is an unlocked phone coming out in Q2 (i think that means quarter two) which seems like it'd be soon. it's called the velocity 103. i think i'm gonna get this if it does come unlocked like it says and isn't way too much. it says it is affordable...

I have the EnV and i LOVE IT!

It is not a smart phone, but it does everything i want it to do and more. There is a new smaller one coming out soon, but by the looks of it, i like this current one better.

And if that seems to be your cup of tea(QWERTY keyboard) there is also the Voyager. It is like the EnV on the inside, but on the outside it is a full touch screen(like the iPhone). A lot of my buddies have it and they seem to really really like it.
 
i have the verizon chocolate. SUCKS. youve probably heard this from a ton of other people too. touch sensitive keys are sooooo annoying. don't get it. it looks cool on the outside, but is so annoying to use.

yeah my buddy got the voyager, it is pretty sick. but it's a little big for me...i'm still thinking that this velocity 103 is gonna be SICK. i am almost definitely buying it if the reviews hold up.
 
i have the alias, its ok but REALLY small keyboard, i constanly drop it but it dosent break, surpisingly. but id ge the enV in either new or old, i think the new ones only like $100, the old is like $70 or so, but both are way better tehn the alias.
 
m liking that the velocity 103 has wifi. it says Q2 which Yahoo answers said is:

There are 4 quarters in the year. Q1=Jan-end of March, Q2=Apr-end ofJune, Q3=July-end Sept, Q4=Oct-end of Dec.

sooo since i'm due in june, i think i'll wait on this bad boy and see how things turn out.
 
I had an XV6700 and I too got sick of it after a while. When it was up I went with the Blackberry World Edition but wasnt feeling it and Verizon has a policy that lets you try any phone for one month and if you dont like it you can bring it in and get a full refund. I took my refund from the Blackberry and got a 5700, theyre rare (idk anyone with verzion who has one yet). Full qwerty and windows mobile, no touch screen to worry about, and very lightweight and small. Not a brick like the 6700
 
the Moto QMusic is a smart phone with a nice keyboard, its cheap now too

just switch to AT&T and get the blackjack 2, its what i have, i love it

 
yeah dude that wifi is a real selling point to me. cause my house and a lot of my buddies have wifi plus a lot of places i go to so that's awesome.

that's sweet though it's end of june, if you get it let me know how it is and what not cause my phone is up end of the summer and i'll probably be getting it.

Just got this bad boy the other day... absolutely love it. Just super comfortable and sturdy, easy to use, and sexy as shit. Only thing I don't like is the iTap feature for texting isn't quite as good as my old one, but I don't think any phones have it as good as my old phone (instead of randomly scrolling through different letter variations it had a list on the bottom so you could see what you were about to select).
