Best Towrope Gloves?

What seemed to work to me was a nice pair of glove protectors(they will rip eventually) you can get 15 for bucks at your local ski shop or at Joes they have these nice leather mitns for like 10 bucks not so warm but fine on towropes.

tow ropes are so efficeint, but one day with 'em my $70 gloves were shot, mittons usually don't tear as much, less seams

Those are my grenade eddie walls, the palms are so grippy, 1 handed rope grabs ftw. The only thing is now some of the vinyl has come off the palms, so now its just the leather, but they are still warm, semi dry, and supper grippy.

i have some leather palmed mechanics gloves, i got them at walmart for 10$ they work great! not warm, but they hold up good, ive had the same pair for 2 years..

^^How warm are those red stripers? I had some nice POW stealths that I had gotten for christmas and i took them to sunburst a week after and the tow rope ripped them to shreds, now they are no more...

the best combination, i've found, is a pair of leather choppers (leather mittens with insulation and finger spaces, you can get them at menards) over a thin pair of gloves, you cant even really call them gloves, they are just really thin fabric, mostly made for little kids, they have lots of different designs on them. although they dont look that cool, it takes quite a long time to rip them and your hands stay very warm. and its easy to take your hands out and put them back in without them getting cold cuz you have the little gloves on.

just ask where the lost and found is grab a pair of gloves or mittens (they dont even hafta match) then toss them out when your done

and repeat everytime you use a rope

use your hands! so much grip. my hands turned into solid caluses cause of that rope toe. soo very nice.
