Best time for buying?

Hey i was loooking into buying skis for myself this year....i was wondering when this years skis are the cheapest....i thought maybe now if I got them used on ebay......maybe not...and when will the new 04-05 skis be the cheapest....i was thinking PE's or Fuji's

what are the disadvantages to buying off the internet...is it fine..or would you recommend a shop?

there are no disadvantages to buying off the internet, as long as you know what you are getting. do some research first. i would recommend trying to buy stuff over summer, but skis are relatively hard to find during that time.
