I am hoping to go skiing Presidents day weekend and im trying to decide what hill i should go too if Snowshoe is full. Other than snowshoe, i have only been to winterplace, it was shitty.....could of just been though that they had no snow. nay one else know of any good terrain parks around the NC, WV, and VA area?

nothing in the south is even close to snowshoe... and its even so so at times.. Not sure about Wintergreen check that out, and for some decent lines when there is snow (not this year) timberline has some pretty good terrain for the south east.

Snowshoe is the place to be. Next Wintergreen is decent.

Maybe App is worthy, I dont know.

The rest you will be lucky to find a few jibs and a shovel-made jump in the park.

definately app if your looking for one badass park...the guys on the park crew there have their shit together man. i was seriously impressed by all that stuff and ive skied at places all over vt, nh, maine and cali (mammoth and june)

hahaha, the mountain itself, aside from the terrain park, looks shitty. I dunno if my whole family wants to go up there....I would love to go to the park but im only 14 and so i can just drive up. My dad, whos just got back from mammoth, would be like wtf is this? it has 9 fucking runs ahhah. o well, im still gunna try.

Although App's park does look pretty ill I think Snowshoe stepped it up these past two weeks with the cold temps. They have some huge money booters at their snowshoe park and are finally getting their rails at in full force. I'd say hit up snowshoe because there's some other trails to ski on when you get tired of the park too.

SNOWSHOE!!!! my friend was there for a rail jam and tha slopestyle comp last weekend and he satid tha rails are sweet, and tha jumps are HUGE- great park this year- mos def snow shoe....great resort, too- hit up tha village

well since i ski at app every other day ill say app and i mean it, also snow shoes park is awsome to, you might here that hawknest has a good park but dont belive it.

yeah well about snowshoe have HUGE ass jumps i dunno how big i will be going haha. Im not THAT good yet. I can do like 20 footers max right now so i think app might be a better choice. Specially cus its only 3 and a half hours away compared to Snowshoe's 6. But yeah snowshoe is a better resort ad mtn all together. ill have to see about his.....

app also has a small set up on thin slice for some practice or growing balls. the 25 footer is nice. you should like it if you go.

perfect north's terrain park is fuckin sweet...really easy and quick access and its got some nice rails setup and 3 booters

aight awesome, yeah ive pretty much decided im heading up there this coming weekend and presidents day weekend ahah, i might ry out Hawks while im up there presidents day or sumtin.
