As the Lead Cinematographer of The Heart of Skiing, I feel as though I am inclined to inform you that Zane Kushman is in-fact a real person.

You don't seem to get it. Steve stepp is one skier and only Steve stepp, Zane kushman is also one skier. They might dress and ski similar but he could've read Steve stepps book.

Nah, nah, those are two different people who look nothing alike. Steve has facial hair too and everyone knows Zane cannot grow facial hair to save his life.

Its an old Irish name originally. It roughly translates as "man of herbs" and was often given to the village doctor or similar professions

It really depends on the region, in northern British controlled Ireland it is spelled with a "c"

but once you get down south to the country side the dialect changes from British to Gaelic and they spell most things with a "K".

just accept Zane Kushman into your heart
