Best summer ski camp at Mt. Hood?

MHSSC

more time on hill than the other camps, I remember lapping the mile switch for hours before other camps showed up.

ya ive heard good things about mhssc. and from what i understand, windells is more fun, but at mhssc you learn more. and mhssc is cheaper

I have been to all of these camps (including the timberline summer snow camp which is dildos) and I hate to say it but schwindells is the best. best coaching by not much, but the park is a decent amount better than mhssc. the thing that really is nice about windells is the rope tows. hiking is useful at times, but to hike over and over for the whole day really takes away from energy that could be used skiing.

MHSSC for sure! Everyone is super chill and the coaches are awesome (especially with Hornbeck recently joining the coaching staff). The camp food is really good and has quite a few of racer honeys! The camp also has a super sick tramp. Sure it may not have a kicking park like windells but you get a group of coaches who care about your development as a skier and help you progress in the way you set out for. MHSSC is much cheaper than windells and has a relaxed environment.

sick man, ill probably choose mhssc over windells just because of hornbeck.

windells so much better than mhssc, don't even try to argue because you know that its not true, but they are both a lot of fun camps, good coaches and good parks, go to whichever one you can afford, you will have a blast at both.

Best camp at mt. Hood is the airstrip. Grab some buddies and all your camping/skiing equipment and set up base at the airstrip and drive up to the mountain every morning. You will have a way better time than going to any of the camps and all the money saved could go towards beer
