I love to ski and i am looking for the best ski for park, moguls, and hard-pack. I am looking at the Dynastar Phil Belanger Pro Model ski and i have heard that they are sweet and are awesome in the park and in the moguls. What do you think about the Belanger Pro Models, and what other skis would you suggest?

Please only give me feedback if you have actually skied on the skis that you are talking about. Thanks

That ski the identical to the trouble maker, just the graphic is changed. it is a super smooth ski. i say either that or the scratch.

I heard that the Dynastar Pro Models ski a lot better than the trouble makers. I have also heard that the scratch is a weird ski and feels really weird to most the people that ski on it. I am really looking at the Dynastar Pro Models though and would appreciate feedback on them if anyone has skied on them.

good noob post considering theres one BEST ski out there

I know that there is no one best ski. I am just looking for the best park, moguls, and hard-pack ski. I am also looking for some feedback on the Dynastar Pro Models.

the pro models ski the exact same........identical dimensions and everything. if you heard the scratches ski weird i don't know what to say, i love them. solve your problem, get armada AR5's in a 180.

well newb seems to be proper spelling but when i first heard of it it was spelled noob so who really cares

Gheymer Nerd's spell it n00b.

The Belan pros are probably a solid ski, seeing as they are Troublemaker's with a new topsheet. Most people love them for park, I've heard 'they hold an edge like no other in pipe' and 'rediculous amount of pop' making them ideal for park skiing. However, a lot of people seem to have trouble with them on rails, and I have seen some pretty nasty ripped up TM edges. This could be that, the edges suck, or more likely, that most kids slam down on rails and don't really know how to ski rails. Eventually any skis edges will rip out after prolonged use on rails, but because I haven't ridden any of the skis you've mentioned, I have no personal opinion as to how they hold up on from personal experience.

Just circulating more TM rumours to you. That's what I've heard.

I think the tm pros sound really nice and i think i am going to get them. i've heard about the edge problem i would like to know if the edges are just really weak or what the problem is. i think the tm pros sound like the best ski for me if the edge problem turns out to not be that big of a deal

You 'hear' a lot of things, apparently. Scratches do not ski wierd. Nor do their edges disintegrate, as do Dynastar pro models. Ask Kjfreerider what happened to his pro models... one week on the snow, and they had no edges left. Yeah, one week. Pathetic. Get some scratch FS, or lines. Unless you don't hit rails at all. Then edge durability really doesn't matter, or not as much, at least.

Oh, and pro models are identical to TMs, as has been said.
