Moment Vices :( I just want a skinny rockered park ski

I would kill for a pair of Vices. It's exactly what I want, skinny and rockered. [tag=103988]@Moment[/tag] bring it back!

I will say that the Majesty Vandal is the only ski I have ever thought about owning twice. I got a solid 2 years out of those skis.

Honorable mentions:

Lizzies -- those of you who have skied them know. Topsheet quality is garbage on mine tho

Majesty Lumberjack -- Fully rockered, 120 underfoot, damp as hell. These skis rip everything. I'll ski these into the ground

Rossi S3 -- these were the perfect do everything ski. Super playful, great in the park, floated in pow even center mounted. Edges were paper thin

Any park ski is going to break. Mine have held up better than any other ski I’ve skied on tho. What gets me is people saying they are soft

I’m not really a part of this forum’s target demographic, but

Atomic Bent Chetler 100 — I adore its combination of edge hold and smearability, the big sweet spot and how stable it is for its weight. I live in Scotland at the moment and the BC100 is pretty much perfect for my Scottish ski touring needs. I’ll keep touting how awesome it is until they change/discontinue it. (And might stock up at that point)

All 4 Generations of Marksmans. Wish they still made that ski or redo it and make it 10-15% stiffer and make that inside edge sidewall maybe double thick to hold up. Still look for this skis everyday on Ebay. First gens are the all-time favorite. I'd ski this ski for the rest of my life if I could.

Current favorite ski Jeffrey 108 in a 186. Just the best flex and a beef-cake. Current pair is going on 2 seasons and likely into the next.

first gens looked the best by far

I think if they used a titnal plate it would fix everything

There is touring in Scotland?

Yup, plenty. We’ve actually got some decent terrain (and famously unpredictable weather). Check out the British Backcountry group on facebook, there’s some cool content from early feb, and http://www.steepscotland.info/index/ if you’re interested.

Unfortunately we’ve been locked down since early January, but there should still be some corn/summer slush to be harvested after the lockdown ends.
