Actually, get something that you won't care if you roll it over or not, because if you are going to be driving all those snowy roads its probably going to happen sooner or later.
Wrx are sick, same with 4-runners.
But you are probably better off getting a piece of shit car with 4 wheel drive.
Jeep Cherokee All the way. There not over priced very little maintenance ridiculously bad gas mileage and best of all at a twist of a bolt the back seat comes out and voila you have a surface that sleeps two.
jeep cherokees roll over, i know a person who pulled over on the side of an offramp and rolled their cherokee.

I've got a Mazda MX-3. Front wheel drive gets me everywhere I need to go. Sporty enought that I can get there quickly. Gas mileage is good enough that I can afford to drive, and it's nice and cozy! My only disadvantage is I've got the silly 4 cylinder engine, so the hills on I-70 kill me sometimes.
jeep grand cherokee is tight if you get a big engine or buy an after-market turbo (damn I want one. Props to the volvos they are seriously amazing. I wanna drive my 84' turbo up to the pass and see what happens
I’m off on a rocketship prepared for something new
wrx's are nice..i really like em. right now i got a 99' wrangler sahara and its definately off the hizzy. it can't beat it when it comes to winter driving. and any pussys that complain about rolling over need to learn to drive.
Jeep Cherokee Sport with 30' all terain tires, Cold air intake, 4-weel drive, Hella fog lamps, and Yakima ski/bike rike. My ride goes through just about anything.
no ones complaining about jeeps rolling over, but theres even a warning on the visor in the liberty that shows it rolling over, and wranglers used to but they widened the axles.

outbacks make me think of boulder. hippie cars. but i do like the wrx. i don't think i'd like to drive one in the mountains in the winter though. a yellow Audi s4 would be ideal in winter and summer.
WRX... You won't roll it over. It's all wheel drive with higher ground clearance then most SUV's and it has more power then a shit load of those SUVs. That car will get through anything.
an audi RS4...that car is sick. twin turbo v6, beats an m3 all over the place...and its all wheel drive with plenty of room...or the all road is pretty sweet as well.
i just got an outback a few days ago. like every other car in boulder is either a outback or legacy. subarus are everywhere in boulder, but i think it will be a sick ski car. but an audi s4 in blue would be a sick car to have if you're not carrying a lot of stuff.
Or if you're, you know, practical, subaru, volvo or audi all wheel drives are pretty sick.
You bought a tahoe z71...rich or sumthin?

Toyota 4 Runners. Specailly of the elder generation oh lets say 90, not 00 like Kunz. Um 32 inch tires, v6, 4x4. Tightened springs, A bunch of room good gas mileage compared to alot of SUVS a nice big roof rack and oh a steroe system. Wow sounds familair
