Best skiing in february: Where?

Hey guys.

For the past 2 reading breaks i've had (one week, 3rd week of feb.), i've gone to banff to ski. It's been good... but theres never any powder, and its usually hard packed but decent.

Does anyone know where the best skiing is in februrary? Distance or location isn't an issue as I can fly standby cheaply through family connections.

I'm looking for somewhere that's good for more extreme terrain. Drops, cliffy areas, great sight seeing, and extremely steep terrain is all good. I'm not looking for family resorts, (ie places like big white)

 
MONTANA bidger bowl is sick, best terrain around, big sky is good 2. Also utah or colorado should have some good skiing 2 but ive never skied there in feb so i wouldnt no, just hope it isnt like last years feb where it was 50 degrees here

Aspen/Snowmass its snows all feb and you get to ski up to four mountians with one ticket not to mention that they are four of the ten best mts. in the states
