Best Skiing Colleges

Go to the best college you can get into. Then get a good job and be able to afford to ski during your adult life. Trust me, going to a good college makes a huge difference as far as getting a good job. If you have the grades and the resume to go to a top school, absolutely do it. If not, then don't worry about it as much. As was said above, Dartmouth is excellent. They are Ivy League and own their own ski mountain.

A hell of a lot better skiing than the cities. Spirit is about a 12 minute drive, Chester Bowl is around two minutes, Lutsen an hour, Mont Du Lac about a half an hour, Bohemia is just under 4. Plus there is a lot of urban.
The schools are a lot different from one another though so I guess it really depends what you are looking to get out of your college experience.

Not trying to be a smart ass or a hater but this thread gets started at least 2 times a week so if you feel the need to start another college might not be for you and you might want to practice your janitorial skills.

UNR or UVM are the best pick a coast and chose one of them.
CU, CSU, Denver, and UU all fine too.
Small colleges suck and are for losers avoid those.

Some very highly regarded engineering schools in the west near some mountains.
Go to the best school you can get into...especially if your not paying. You will get a much better job, have a much better network to leverage, and you will thank yourself down the road. Nothing wrong with being a weekend warrior.

Do you mean South Carolina or Southern Cal? Both make the same amount of sense as ski schools seriously smh.

There is no ski area in Vermont that can be reached in under 3 hours from Cambridge MA btw.
