western sucks for anything excpet enviromental studies. If you like any kind of city life like a movie theater, or places besides gas stations that are open after 8 don't go to western. I mean sure it's close to cb, but fuck cb. summit county is way better.

 
HaHa, great question about Mormons though... If you go to UofU, which is awesome I highly recommend it, not just for the ski scene... But you won't have to deal with as much Mormons there as if you went to Utah Valley down in Orem. Don't ask me how to though, it's quite a mystery, it seems, there, set on, taking, over, the world...

western state 'wasted state' was a dump cause the campus wasnt great, all buildings were falling apart and the dorms were horrible

^Heh takes a bit longer to get up the mtn from the city... just Cypress road alone takes a good 15-20 minutes in the snow.

Western State is awesome for it. I also reccomend U of U or MSU. Great skiing at your fingertips. CU is a cool school but if you think you are going there to ski have fun in crowds of gapers and mad traffic for at LEAST an hour each direction. SUMMIT is not that supreme, but they have nice parks.

i had a recent change of plans and am now goin to Montana State. it's gonna be fun fur sure, i know bridger, basically montana in general, gets sick amounts of great snow, i just hope big sky has a dope park to give me my fix...

University of Utah! There is no better, there is like seven ski resorts all less then an hour away! You have the Wasatch backcountry which includes Pyramid and Chads, Wolverine, and shit loads of anything you want! Alta inbounds is out of control, and its snow like 500 inches a year! Don't worry about the mormons, you won't even notice them, sweet parties, and the campus is killer! UofU wins best skiing college!

Ok here's the deal on college. Don't ever go to any school in Colorado, that whole place sucks balls. Utah is a little better becuase unlike Co it actually snows there and the mountains are steeper...but then there's the mormans. If you really want to ski just head out west and go to some shity community college. Ski at tahoe and mammoth and don't worry about getting an education. Cuz it doesn't really matter in the long run anyway.
