i am jsut about 2 get some new skis and i wanna know whats best 4 me outta these...

volkl v legend

rossi pow air pro

rossi scratch

salomon 1080/720

atomic stomp

k2 ememy

 
i demo-ed the pow air's and they really aren't a great park ski and i'd say you could do better on an all-mountain twin. i played with some 720's and i don't find it stiff enough. there hasn't really been any good stuff I've heard about it but the only good thing is that alot of shops can't sell them and are selling them for dirt cheap.

 
out of all them I would probably go with the v legend actually. But Skogens and Darksides are where it's at yo.

The volkl V lengend looks pretty sick. I pick up a pair at T&L on friday. If you like a Stiff twin, they would probabaly be really sweet. They have a full turned up tail too.

dude, pow'airs are awesome, especially grinds. But they just aren't, well as good anymore. The stomps, are for heavy and aggressive skiers ONLY. Tweaks are really sick in the park, light as a feather, and you get huge air. Scratches are pretty cool, but me thinks that if u are just an ordinaery skier, the v-legends are the best

the v's rnt very turned up at the tail what was that dude saying up there they have less than the pows but i thinnk if u are just skiing for fun in the park v or pow air mayby scratch but they arnt really any better than the pow airs.

 
dont get the pow airs...i ride em but i dont really like em to much, they start to suck as soon as you hit the hard snow/ice

 
out of those, I'd be a toss up between the scratches, 1080s or the v-legend. they are the most well rounded. I would look into more though, skogens, volkl v-pro, explosive, k2 public enemy, you gotta shop around. Also depends what you are going to be using them for most.

what the hel is wrong with u guyz u keep telling me 2 get volkl v or the 1080 or the scratch. the only skis i have taken into cosideration is the pow air pros and scratch. the pow airs from last year are better than any ski this year except mayby the scratch but its close? u shit heads

 
ok then go fuck urself, they were trying to help....and last years pow airs are def. not better than ANY of this years skis, cept maybe the elans/fischers
