i hate big powder baskets they fall off and dont get any super high end poles. They will bend or break in the park if u bail hard enough. then ur messed if they were expensive.
My poles were like 180$ each originally but I got 3 pairs for 90$. I've landed on them a few times and they have yet to break. I like smith carbon poles now, and I will until they do, finally, break. But I'd have to say never pay more than 40$, and you should be more around 25$-30$
all about the composite or carbon poles....they dont bend in two when you land on em....however, they start to get reaal flexy after a season or two. Only buy em if you get a smashing deal...otherwise cheapy aluminums
U actually spend $90.00 on ski polls what a dumb ass I spent like $10.00 on my polls some piece of crap scott polls but i break them i will not feel bad. And to answer your question all polls are the same they all can break so what is the point of blowing money on polls when u can buy a sack of weed.
There is no such thing as shitty snow only shitty skiers.
i went to the ski shop near me in the spring, got my new skis mounted and got new boots with it which were on a clearance sale for like 100$ and got my poles for free, i already bent them a bunch of times but i just bend them back, just steal poles.
Get whatever poles are your size for the right price. Dont get expensive shit it will just get stolen. Aluminum is cheap and easily replaceable.

I'd say get really cheap Aluminum poles, or carbon poles. Cause carbon will flex alot more before it breaks than aluminum, plus the carbon bends back, aluminum doesnt. BUt Id worry about them getting jacked.
They should make cro-moly poles, so theyre cheap and bend back bythemselves when they flex. They wouldnt have to be too heavy either.
i got some goode poles for $30 that are carbon fiber they are flex more then any other poles i have had but they haven't broken. poles just find the best deal you can
Alcohol the cause and solution to all lifes problems.
Poles dont make any kind of diference. I used to have some Kerma Banshee Poles, then some dumbass stole en while I was at squaw. Now I use poles that my mom got when she went to sun valley like 30 years ago and I didnt notice a difference.
im blazin some goovin GOODE poles dont bend cause they are all fiber glastic. Kinda chip but who gives a shit u gotta be an dickhead to dropp more than $50 on poles
