BEST SKI MONTH?

What is the best ski month? I would have to say January because it has the most snow on the East coast.

April/May for the win in CO. Crowds die off, slushy t-shirt days all over the place, and there's always the chance of a late season dump for that last pow day

we usually get hammered december / early january in idaho. plus i love the christmasy ski vibe.

same here in western montana. December is when we get our coldest driest storms. just gotta watchout for shark fins...

February is the best. No holidays other than presidents day. Lift tickets are cheap. Hotels/Air BnB is cheap. The snow is the best. And lift lines are smaller

I third this. Although March at Mary Jane last season was unreal

December for sure. 2 and a half weeks of Christmas break+new years eve.

x mas break/ new years eve is one of the worst times of year to ski...unfortunately i'm back in school now so thatll be one of my best chances to put some days in as well :(

Its the best if you don't live by a tourist resort.

In the west dec/jan for the best snow, feb tends to warm up, march you get some heavier storms and great spring skiing.

Any month you're skiing is a great month.

End of January to beginning of February. Planned my trip out to Utah during that time because they usually get pounded around then
