at my hill, yes hill, the racers aren't really an issue unless it is when there is a big race going on and there a bunch of other ones from differant hills. other than that its a bunch of stupid fucks on rentals and every single family just snow plowing down the landings because it's fun to ride over them....
 
personally, I dont care that racers hit the park. I used to be a racer, and it was fun to ditch training and make a park run. Some racers are good park skiers, all my racer friends and I were all pretty proficient in the park. I even knew one race kid from france or something that was a good racer, but he was also the craziest kid on skies ever, huckin backs off fat cliffs and such. at a slopestyle he was linking slolom turns down to the 50 footer, hucked a boner steezed 7, and at about 540, one of his skis came off, and he still tried to land. though he didnt, c'mon, they still love skiing. why all the hate?
 
^we're not hatin racers who jib the park like your friends bud. We're showing dislike towards racers who race the park. Kids who do not use it for its intented purpose, you know who they are.
 
haha... I live in weed... that's cool. That sign is gone though, sadly.

Anyways... I know I'm gonna get owned for saying this, but I race. It is possible to race and jib. I'll admit it's rare though.
 
I think raceing and jibbing is only a mt. shasta thing, apparently its more segregated at other resorts.

And no, the sign is not gone. That picture was taken like jan 15th.
