Best resort...

Okay, in two years I will be moving to the US, but I need a job before I'm moving. I am going to work on the hotel of a ski resort, so I'm asking you guys: what is the best place to work at?

I would love to see tons of replies since I will apply to lots. State doesn't matter at all, but I would pref the ones with the longest seasons.

Look for a smaller resort, but in a bigger area. At big resorts, there is a crazy heirachy, and new employees often get little work. I can only speak for Tahoe(CA), but i hear Park city(UT) and Summit County(CO) are also good places to work.
 
skijobs.com vail resorts owns pretty much everything in CO and heavenly they are hiring for mountain employees all the time. as for hotels i have no idea but just another place to look.
