Brian

wow i can't believe you'd diss gagniers part like that, he is what skiing will become, def. gonna be big time in the ski industry. he kills that urban rail too, that was nuts.

MAINE, THE WAY LIFE SHOULD BE.

gangier, schill, belen, n rinfret I can't really decide

Remember it's 10% equipment, 90% rider, and 0% what kinda jacket your wearing

Iceland don't count.

Phillipe Larose. No ifs, ands, or buts. The guy's seriously on some what I would call ''Next Level Shit.'' Really... how are those switch cork 5s not the best ski trick that has been or ever will be done. Say word.

''Independence is for the very few; it is a privilege of the strong. And whoever attempts it even with the best right but without inner constraint proves that he is probably not only strong, but also daring to the point of recklessness. He enters into a labyrinth, he multiplies a thousandfold the dangers which life brings with it in any case, not the least of which is that no one can see how and where he loses his way, becomes lonely, and is torn piecemeal by some minotaur of conscience. Supposing one like that comes to grief, this happens so far from the comprehension of men that they neither feel it nor sympathize. And he cannot go back any longer. Nor can he go back to the pity of men.'' -my buddy, Fred

iceland, belans was the best in rfa...and good in exact science

dude.. his blunt 9 in the pipe was epic by todays standards. haven't seen that flick in years and that trick still stands out in my head; thats the mark of a good segment.
now that i think of it, the whole movie had a great vibe too. something to do with 16mm film perhaps? golden era of skiing, perhaps? i dunno.

Word up on the blunt 9. That trick was the reason I started skiing pipe. The man was the tits back then, and I've always resented Tanner for overshadowing him

Damn I got so excited seeing this thread pop up, thinking someone had just made it. Such a great flick!
