Best Rapper to Bless the Mic.

I think we all know who the undisputed best is.

1) Worst name for a song ever, instant minus -5, "super sexy slick shit" really???

2) Flow is terrible, the rhymes are way too on que and not creative. Booth -> tooth, killin it -> feelin it... i could tell you what at least 50% of the rhymes were gonna be before they get there

3) Need some production, voice is way to nasaly. Sounds like every other white kid who tries to rap.

4) This dude has never been "lyrically acclaimed"

You asked... and gave this the title "best rapper to bless the mic"...

What about this one, let me hear some thoughts.

He's good if the scene is your friends rapping in a dorm room. In the larger world, he sounds very generic and it seems like Logic is his only influence.

One time I actually made the mistake of listening to somebodies shitty friends rap posted on newschoolers.

I will not make that mistake again.

You are an idiot if you think it sounds like 0-100

Okay then whatever. Guess it doesn't matter. It's not original and predictable. He's every person who thinks their going to be the next big thing.

....for real? A guy best known for a monotone voice and a slightly behind the beat too many syllables per bar to where it's rushed and awkward flow?

C'mon. Gangstarr is amazing as a unit and Guru has a good tone to his voice and a generally pretty good level of content to his lyrics, but you've lost the plot mate. Guru is above average at best. On the other hand, DJ Premier is in the running for best producer of all time.

Genuinely curious, why do you like him so much? Best verse/song of his in your opinion (lyrically, delivery, whatever reason)?

Asks for opinions, gets overly defensive when people give opinions he doesn't like. Classic white-kid rapper possy member. I'd give my opinion, but clearly you don't want that, what you really want is someone to kneel down next to you to take a turn sucking your friend off when your jaw gets tired.

Lol dont get to offended. State your opinion, I was just correcting someone for trying to say that the beat sounded like 0-100. When it clearly isnt 0-100. It is a literal sample, so it isnt an opinion it is a fact.

Lads I like Guru I've lost the plot

In terms of my favourite song, Just To Get A Rep tops it for me, mostly because I love the E.V.A. sample

and yes yes yes I get that just promotes the idea that Premier is the reason Gang Starr are as good as they are, but his words, excuse the cliche, flow so well to the beat.
