I can't stop listening to Blank Face so I think Q takes it for me this year. I don't think I've liked a whole album this much since At long last ASAP. Kendrick, a$ap, and j cole still top of the game tho

I actually heavily fuck with Posty's album. That joint with 2 Chainz is a banger. his mixtape was garbage but I think he found his sound on this album and I'm excited to see his future releases.

IMO TDE is unstoppable right now. Kendrick obvi on top of his game, Blank Face was sick, Ab-Soul's new album is incredible. Not to mention The Sun's Tirade is a fantastic album front to back.
So I'd put Kendrick on top, commercially nobody can compete with Drake but I really didn't enjoy Views. Still bang "If you're Reading This It's Too Late" on the regular.
As for all the new guys, I definitely wouldn't call it hop hop but I can definitely get down to it. Savage Mode was fucking awesome, Lil Yachty has some sick tracks, I HEAVILY fuck with Young Thug and Migos. I don't care who you are if you don't get down to Bad and Boujee or Hercules you just a hater.

They merge the last and first letter of SHW. But yeah its definitely stick to a certain sound and it can get boring, but I jam to that Shit at the moment. Just saying Gucci Mane's longevity is imoressive. Not top 5 but has his own Lane and dominates it. TI is having a mid life crisis, Jeezy ain't even relevant his last album flopped, everybody else from the original ATL trap scene is either dead or retired. Shouts to Guwop.
