chricton has the absolute nastiest rail style around, but he does do some technical stuff. his 270 off the trap in stereotype was money. also watch iannick b's rails destroyage in stereotype. so many differnt combinations. tanner probably has the best on rail stance. so smooth.

 
For style I'd have to go with Dash Longe. When he grinds handrails in stereotype there is no arm movement at all. Smoothest grinds I've ever seen. When he grinds the kinked handrail it's like there isn't even a kink there.

There are really too many to really call the best railslider. They all have different tech shit that they bring to rails.
