WHAT IS THE BEST POWDER SKI IN THE 170 AREA I AM 5 10 AND 130 POUNDS AND NEED A SICK SKI FOR ALTA NEXT SEASON I JUST FINISHED OF THE 165 POCKET ROCKETS

haha, thank you!!^^. i was just gonna say to buy my 4frnt msps. they are the best ski for powder or park. i love them so much. they are 170s too, used 8 times, got 2 full tunes on the this season and hasnt been used since hte last tune. so the bases are all filled in an waxed and edges sharpened. topsheet is in FANTASTIC CONDITION. i need to get some 180 msps for next year so someone please buy them. message me

If you want powder only, go for the Gotamas or the Sanouks, they are some sick puppies. Or go the scratch BC or the Pistol.

In tractor pulls, a 'full pull' is the best you can get. Ahh, how sport mirrors life.
 
I'd say Armada ARV 175. I have a pair and I don't know what I'd do without them, my best day on them was windy with thigh-deep pow, we were skiing a gully and the wind blew snow into it and covered our tracks while we were gone, freshies every run baby.

Anyways, they're super awesome, I skied a big alpine section fakie and they were easy for it. Good for the BC kickers too but I wouldn't want to use these skis in the park, they don't swing all that fast at times because the mounting position and fatness.

5'10 and 130 pounds dude your light. 182 ski but you cant flex a stiff ski (due to weight) so go with something soft. Rossi, sallys, or Lines for your weight.

everyone always forgets about my beloved mojos! very similar flex the the ARV and they come in similar lengths (175 compaired to 176) and the heads cost way less and in my opinion look soooo much cooler

I really want the 4frnts. But would 170 be too small?? I am skiing 175cm tm's and I love them. So far everything I have skied has been sick! I have skied a wee bit of pow (7 inches) and they were great, but that is east coast. Does anyone know the accutal length of the 4frnts? I heard they were accuatly 173, is this true? Thanks guys!

id definately get the 179 Mothership. Its nice and stiff, super responsive, and rips equally as well in the park as it does for its intended use, backcountry. I believe its coming in two models, one a little stiffer then the other with titanium running the length of the ski, with very little weight gain, but dont quote me, im talking from memory

plus, the mo'ships have a great graphic this year, just trust me, haha
