Best position to mount YLE 187

I just bought the 2014 model of 4frnt's YLE 187 and I've heard that -2 is the best place to mount them. I'm kind of hesitant to mount at that position because I have always skied at center mount. Just curious to hear some of your opinions.

The YLE is a symetrical ski though. I would still mount it at -2 unless you plan on doing a bunch of switch pow skiing.
