Best plastic?

So, me and my friends are making a 16' long box, 12" wide. We've, made one box already but it was much smaller. We used lexan on the previous box, but we're finding it's going to cost a lot more for all the plastic we need for this one. I've found the right amount of lexan for about $110, I found HDPE for about $70, and UHMW for about $150. Will I really notice a difference if I go with HDPE over either of the more expensive plastics, or should I opt for the more expensive stuff?

im about 90% positive they use HDPE at all the parks so i'd go with that.

they probably have a reason for using it.

I built 2 boxes out of hdpe and its not worth the extra cash. My friend built a box with pvc and it slides a million times better than my hdpe. I even had copping on my hdpe. You can see a picture of the boxes one of my previous threads if you like.

UHMW is usedd at parks and in my backyard. not a single chip and slides real nice.
