Lotsa camping in Portland these days.

Underrated comment.

You've got camp creek and Road 32, get on Google maps and check out the area around Zig Zag.

Consider an AirB&B/hotel for a night or two halfway through

The general store in Government Camp is expensive and doesn't have a lot, so perhaps a drive to Sandy to stock up if needed

Clean up after yourself

People trashed 32 last year.

People who leave all their trash in the would should be forever banished to live in cities.

My advice is save your cans. You get 10 cents a pop which adds up to be a lot over the course of a week or two. There’s a lot of logging roads near zig zag but my advice is check out the North side of Hood for camping. It’s dryer, less people, and the same distance to T-line as zig zag. Groceries are spendy anywhere in Oregon but I imagine the sandy and Hood River areas are cheaper than govy general. There’s a fun skate park/Frolf course in HR that’s worth running up if you make your way down from the woods. Enjoy!
