Best place to Ski in Madison Area?

if ur actually near madison then cascade and tyrol basin are right there.... for best overall park go wit tyrol, and even tho cascades fuckin up their park their prob gunna have an amazing rail setup this year

tyrol is sick right now and holds it down. let me know if you are gonna be going, im gonna be there a lot during winter break

cascade, tyrol, and devils head are all about an hour or less away from madison. if you plan on skiing mid week i would rock up tyrol on tuesday and devils head on thursday for cheap night lift tickets.

My personal favorite is Cascade because you can hit multiple parks in the same run and still get on the high speed quad...but IMO i would say tyrol has better rails and cascade has better jumps...whats cascade like right now?

sweet. thanks guys. i didn't realize how close tyrol was. i will be around for winter break skiing midweek.

Ummm... not exactly sure because I had to spend all day today studying for finals, but from what I hear it's pretty solid.

They have 3 lines set up in the rail yard... not sure which ones are in each line or if this is exactly what it is, but its pretty close...

single barel, single barrel, a frame ish box, flat box, flat box, tall box top, barrel jib, DFD, FD, wall ride, rainbow rail, corregated rainbow, and I forgot the rest..

There are 21 features in total though, that I know for sure.

I'll give you a hand Brandon:

Lines

*Single barrel-single barrel-double barrel

*Flat box-flat box-a frame box-flat box-t box

*Low triple barrel-tall triple barrel-box top rail-tall box top rail

*Rainbow culvert-rainbow rail-flat culvert-barrel jib

*Ground level double barrel-ground level double barrel-2'(wide) low box-2' low box-4' low box

I spend almost 30hours in the last 2 days building this. Definitely will be one of the sickest rail parks you'll find anywhere.

definitely cade. i dont even mind not having those massive jumps.... the rail yard is waaaaaay sick. props to the park crew.
